My Go To
When it comes to skincare I do not deviate. I never know how my skin will react and honestly I just don’t want to test it. Ladies, if you’re anything like me you’ll understand that when you find that ONE brand that just works… you stay loyal! A brand I have found that works wonders for my face is Origins. Products that give me an overall refreshing face. And honestly I have fell in love with their face wash, masks, moisturizers, and makeup!
Every morning and night I wash my face with Checks and Balances. I feel that it really cleans my face even when I have heavy makeup on (which is a rarity). It is a great way to start and end the day. Since I have oily skin Checks and Balances keeps my face dry longer and eliminates clogged pores.
Following a clean face I apply my Out of Trouble face mask. OMG… can I just say this mask works wonders! Whether it is used all over or on a particular spot the mask will dry up any redness on the face. Seriously any pesky spot! I like to apply the mask right before I get into the shower, leave it on throughout my shower, and take it off at the end with a warm rag. A holy grail of mine and an absolute must in my routine (which is why it is time for a new one!!)
Now, back to my previous statement, I rarely apply a full face of makeup. I am no makeup guru or brave sole when it comes to testing products. Luckily I am blessed with a clear complexion and have limited spots. To even out my skin tone I use the Origins VitaZing tented moisturizer with 15 spf. Personally I have tried a few “tented moisturizers” but none that apply as much coverage as this Origins one. It applies an even color and does not clog my pores or break me out. So happy I found this product!
I hope you find this helpful and try a few of my fav things. If you do try anything leave a comment! What skincare products do you guys enjoy?
Live everyday blissfully
Hiya! my name is Kaitlin, I am a twenty three year old content creator living in Dallas.
A few things you should know about me… I graduated Dallas Baptist University last December with a degree in Marketing. While I enjoyed writing papers and filling my resume with internships and “real world experiences”, Post grad life had a different idea for me. A month after graduation I found my life headed in a completely different direction, flight attendant training.
Becoming a flight attendant had never been a dream job of mine. The idea sounded fun and traveling had always been at the top of my list, but I never put the two together. The next four weeks would be more challenging than the past four years.
A year later I can say this job has changed me, challenged me, and steered me in a completely different path than I had planned (all for the good of course).
My goal for this blog is to take you along in my life journey, and also provide a place for you to come and share your hopes and dreams.
